As I was waiting in line at Neomonde Bakery to place my order, I became fascinated with the concentration of the baker.  I took a quick video while he was not watching and have tried to capture his perfections. Can you imagine baking thousands of pitas in a day? Each shaped more perfectly than in my painting; wonder what he thinks of as he stands there at the heat.

Do you think he wonders about his patron's lives like I wonder about him? Is he first generation? Does he still have family in Lebanon? Actually  I just assume Lebanon, and I want to hear his stories.  If this focus on his intense demeanor does not sell; I will have to humbly gift to him and hope he likes the rendering.
